What personal data I collect and why I collect it
When you visit www.rosshargreaves.com, you may be asked for your name and email address. This information is of course voluntary. Your name and email address will be stored with Aweber, which is the email marketing service I use. Aweber is a well known and trusted email marketing company. Their legal policies can be found here: https://www.aweber.com/legal.htm. I do not get any money from Aweber, I pay Aweber to use their services. Your name and email address will not be sold to any third party. I am collecting your name and email address so that I can send you emails. These emails will only be sent to you by me or someone who works at Hargreaves Global. The emails that you receive may be helpful to you, they may be funny, and they may even ask you to buy something (from me, never from a third party). You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time, although I do hope you find them useful enough that you don´t.
The European Union has a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure that companies are handling your data correctly. Hargreaves Global is compliant with the GDPR regulation.
Under this regulation, you have the right to ask me what data of yours I have, and you have the right to ask to change or delete this data if you wish. You can do so by writing to me at ross [at] rosshargreaves [dot] com.
I will not send you any emails unless we are sure you have specifically requested us to do so. To be doubly sure, when you give me your name and email address, I will send you an email address with a link that you need to click on if you wish to confirm your email address.
